Music for the soul

November 15th, 2011

Music is a way of communicating with your soul, and with the very inner part of your body… the inner cells.

Every part of your body vibrates at a frequency.  What you think remains still is actually moving, continuously, in response to electronic signals it detects in its atmosphere.  The cells in your body respond to sound frequency, light frequency, emotions are a frequency, food has a frequency, chemicals have a frequency, water has a frequency.  We are like a bunch of live wires walking around, responding to electrical impulses we tune in to (consciously or unconsciously).

Dr Bruce Lipton recently wrote “Why does music affect us so deeply? It’s because we don’t just listen with our ears: we listen with every cell in our bodies.”

To take this in to the realm of our animals, I can share with you that what you hear your animals hear.  They do not have to hear it through speakers in the way that we do, they actually feel it.  And…What you feel – your animal feels – no matter how far apart or physically close you are.  We and our animals are connected on so many levels.  Please know that your animal only wants for you to have the best joy and happiness you possibly can.  Just as they find joy in such small places, they want you to find joy too.

What you do for you animal you must also do for yourself.  Enjoy listening to music that lifts your soul, that centres you and brings you a sense of peace, clarity and purpose.  When you feel at peace, your animal is more likely to feel peace.

If you want to have a listen to music that has been designed to lift your consciousness to a new level then have a look at this CD by Dr Bruce Lipton that I just brought and put straight onto my favourite playlists www.soundstrue.com

Facing an animal’s terminal illness

July 2nd, 2011

Some years ago my beautiful Rottweiler Ruby left my life in the physical, but the legacy she left me lives on.  It can be hard to see it at the time, yet we know that our animals have given so much to us during their short lives .  There are so many ways you can help your animal, and yourself, when you are faced with the possibility of euthanising them, or just wanting to know how to ease their pain, or perhaps when the time is “right”.  And of course do not forget your own pain at this time, and how you will cope.

My heart weeps often for Ruby, so I understand what it is you go through.  A greater part of me knows that if it were not for Ruby I would not be writing to you now, and I would not be having the success that I have healing animals now… she lives through me.

I am happy to help anyone at this most important time of their lives.  I have attached some links to some articles I have written which may help.  I can also suggest that you look at emailing me their photo and lets see if there is something I can tune in to and give you some guidance on.  I treasure the trust you place in me and will only reply with love in my heart and your animal’s wishes in my mind.

Raw or Cooked

July 1st, 2011

So much debate about raw feeding… it can be so difficult to do what you think is best when others are telling you something else.

On a personal note, I have found that reading books and articles and then experimenting with my own animals has been the best way to learn.  I feed raw meat, blended veges, some muesli and a vitamin/herb/mineral supplement that I make up for them.  I am happy to make up a supplement for your animal for $32.00, and then after that you will be able to get the ingredients yourself to save you money.

Advice can be found all over the internet and from lots of well meaning people.  Veterinarians are great, however many have not had the time or opportunity to learn about nutrition apart from the few hours in their formal training, or the visits and material they receive from companies such as Nestle.

If you are not sure what to do, then I recommend buying books (see the ones I recommend on this page), or visiting some of these web pages of holistic veterinarians who have written some fabulous, practical advice.
